Job Decription

  • Ability to define architecture and design, and get under the hood of complex architectures and distributed systems.

Job Overview

We are looking for an Front End Engineer for our product. Your primary focus will be to implement a complete user interface in the form of a mobile and desktop web app, with a focus on performance. Your main duties will include creating modules and components and coupling them together into a functional app. You will work in a team with the back-end developer, and communicate with the API using standard methods.

Job Title: CloudOps Engineer / Senior CloudOps Engineer - DevOps

Responsibilities (R) and Authorities (A) of Cloud Administrator

  • Cloud administrator shall be responsible for managing the cloud networks and shall follow the defined policies and standard operating procedures.
Authorities
  • Deploying, managing, and operating AWS environments.
  • Architecting infrastructure solutions aligning with different compliance requirements like PCI, HIPAA on public cloud providers.
  • Establish metrics and carefully monitor the health/utilization of AWS resources on a wide scale by making use of highly sophisticated Amazon Cloud Watch.
  • Implementing Auditing and Accounting Procedure.
  • Creating and managing VPC, URL proxies, C2S access points & as well as Bastion Hosts.
  • Setting up CI / CD solutions using different tool stacks like Git, Jenkins etc.

  • Head the collections setup including internal as well as Agency channel for urban as well as rural collections.
  • Head both Tele as well as Field collections for the firm.
  • Optimize overall cost of collections for the firm.
  • Work closely with CEO in terms of Collections Strategy.
  • Work closely with Business, Legal , Compliance and Other Support functions in order to ensure best practices within the organization.

Key responsibility areas will include:

  1. Develop the marketing and brand plan of Davinta
    • Develop, recommend, and lead execution of marketing plans across the regions we operate and target geographies.
    • Implementation and execution of brand plans – brand strategy, assets, brand penetration and recall.
    • Lead the development of local marketing strategy and execution in each region.
    • Work with sales and strategy office to review and course correct marketing plans based on results.

  2. Advertising, Media and Promotion
    • Identification of vendors and partners work with agencies for the achievement of the objectives of the marketing plan.
    • Constructing briefing plans with leadership.
    • Vendor management – Negotiations, contracts, briefings, stakeholder management, reviews.

  3. Market Research & GTM
    • Identification and planning of research areas for Marketing, Sales, Product Management.
